Fax Service provides options for sending faxes from the Document Centre 220/
230/332/340. Fax features are selected via the internet, which would normally
have to be specified at the Document Centre control panel touch screen.
Faxing with Internet Services provides the following fax options:
• creation of a fax template
• immediate or delayed faxing
• stored listing of fax numbers
• addition or deletion of fax numbers from listing

Your Document Centre 220/230/332/340 must have the faxing option configured.

To set up Fax Service the following general steps must be performed:
1. Perform the general setup.
2. Optionally, create a default template for faxing. See Chapter 3 for information
on template creation.
