custom designed mounting. See ACCESSORIES on

13 for available Graco mounting accessories.

I n s t a l l an air line filter (E) to remove harmful dirt and
line lubricator (F) for automatic pump lubrication. Install
moisture from your compressed air supply and an air
type air regulator (HI to control pump speed and fluid
a bleed-type master air valve (G), end a self-relieving
pressure.
Install a pump runaway control valve (K) to shut off the

bleed-rype air valve relieves air trapped be-
tween the valve and the pump, after the pump is
shut off. Trepped air can cause the pump to cycle
unexpectedly and result in serious bodily injury if
you are adjusting or repairing the pump.

drain velve helps relieve fluid pressure in
valve when shutting off the pump. Triggering the
gun/dispensing valve to relieve pressure may not
be sufficient, especially if there is e clog in the
hose, eun/dispensina valve, or tidnoule.
Connect Hoses
Connect a grounded fluid dispensing hose

Connect a suction hose or siphon

regulator's inlet fitting.
Fill the wet-cup one half full with Graco Throat Seal Li-
quid (TSL) before operating the pump to help prolong
the packing lie. See ACCESSORIES on page 13.
Install a fluid filter (L) and drain vslve (J) on the fluid
dispensing line.
