Seat warmer/ventilation (if
equipped)

The seat warmer/ventilation is provided
to warm/cool the front and the rear
seats.
* The seat ventilation is provided only on
the front seats.
Operation
僅 Push the button to control the func -
tion.
僅 It defaults to the OFF position the
vehicle is in ON position.
僅 The temperature setting of the seat
will change as follows:
Temperature
Warmer
OFF
High 30 minutes
Medium 60 minutes
Low continuous
* Rear seats do not have the medium
temperature.
WARNING
Seat warmer burns
Passengers should use extreme caution
when using seat warmers due to the
possibility of excess heating or burns.

The seat warmer may cause burns even
at low temperatures, especially if used
for long periods of time. In particular, the
driver must exercise extreme care for
the following types of passengers:
僅 Infants, children, elderly or handi -
capped persons, or hospital outpa -
tients
僅 Persons with sensitive skin or those
that burn easily
僅 Fatigued individuals
僅 Intoxicated individuals
僅 Individuals taking medication that can
cause drowsiness or sleepiness
(sleeping pills, cold tablets, etc.)
CAUTION
僅 When cleaning the seats, do not use
an organic solvent such as paint thin -
ner, benzene, alcohol and petrol.
Doing so may damage the surface of
the heater or seats.
僅 To prevent overheating the seat
warmer, do not place anything on the
seats that insulates against heat, such
as blankets, cushions or seat covers
whilst the seat warmer is in operation.
僅 Do not place heavy or sharp objects
on seats equipped with seat warmers.
Damage to the seat warming compo -
nents could occur.
僅 Do not change the seat cover. It may
damage the seat warmer or air venti -
lation system.
僅 Seat damage
- When cleaning the seats, do not
use an organic solvent such as
paint thinner, benzene, alcohol and
petrol. Doing so may damage the
air ventilation seat.
