freezing conditions.
僅 The automatic reverse feature for the
window is only active when the "auto
up" feature is used by fully pulling up
the switch. The automatic reverse fea -
ture will not operate if the window is
raised using the halfway position on
the power window switch.

Operation
1. Pull the bonnet release lever (1).
2. Push the secondary bonnet release
lever (2) to the left.
3. Lift the bonnet (3) upwards.
4. Go to the front of the vehicle, raise the
bonnet slightly, push the secondary
bonnet release lever (2) to the left and
lift the bonnet.
WARNING
僅 Open the bonnet after turning off the
engine on a flat surface, shifting the
gear to the P (Park) position and set -
ting the parking brake.
僅 Grasp the support rod in the area
wrapped in rubber. The rubber will
help prevent you from being burned
by hot metal when the engine is hot.
僅 The support rod must be inserted
completely into the hole provided in
the bonnet whenever you inspect the
Bonnet
