    The cord and plug must not be modified. If the cord or plug are damaged, it must be replaced by genuine Rinnai replacement parts. The unit MUST NOT be located below an electric socket outlet.

    Button pushed in indicates power is on, button pushed out indicates power is off. The electric fire app is called the TUYA SMART APP. This is a third party App not developed by Rinnai. For this APP to run, the home’s internet router must be running on 2.4 GHz.

    Installation Installation, servicing, repair, and removal shall be carried out only by authorised personnel. Before starting Unpack the appliance and components, and remove all transit packaging. Check for damage. DO NOT install any damaged items. If the mains power supply lead is damaged in any way, it MUST be replaced by a suitable equivalent approved by the manufacturer.

    Appliance location The main considerations when positioning the unit are: • Ensuring all minimum clearance requirements as shown below are met • Allowing sufficient access for ease of operation, servicing, and removal of the appliance.     Installation Glass removal - accessing the parts To gain access to the various components required for installation follow the below steps to remove the glass panel on the front of the appliance.     Installation fixing options Rinnai does not accept any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur due to improper handling or installation. Ensure that the wall where the appliance is to be installed and any wall fixings used are sufficiently strong enough to hold the weight of the IMPORTANT appliance.

    Finishing Magnetic side decorative panels The appliance is supplied with two magnetic panels that can be fitted when installing in a two- sided, three-sided, or corner configuration. These panels are positioned against the side of the appliance, behind the side glass edge trim. Log and ember arrangement The logs can be arranged freely on the fire.

    All terms of the warranty, subject to the conditions below, are effective from the date of first purchase from an authorised Rinnai dealer. Proof of purchase will be required at the time of any warranty claim. This warranty is only valid within the country of purchase. Any warranty claim must be made within a reasonable time of discovery of the potential fault or defect.
