Heating and ventilation

1 - Heater lever (red)
— heater off
Lever up
Lever down — heater on
With the lever in the lowest position a fan
increases the warm air flow.
2 - Warm air distribution lever (red)
Lever up — warm air to the foot well
All foot well vents, including those in the pas-
senger compartment, are open.
Lever down — warm air onto the windshield.
All foot well vents are closed.
3 - Fresh air ventilation lever (blue)
Lever up — fresh air ventilation closed
Lever down — fresh air ventilation open
Fresh air outlet
A - Air vents to the windshield
B - Air vents for side windows
C - Air vents for passenger compartment.
Defrosting the windshield
• Lever 1 — down
• Lever 2 — down
• Lever 3 — Fresh air ventilation — up
As soon as the ice has thawed, switch on the
fresh air ventilation so that the windshield
dries off quickly. Open the foot well heating as
soon as the windshield is clear — Lever 2 -
up — to attain a quick even warmth through-
out the vehicle interior.
The direction of air flow can be altered by
turning the round vents B and C, the flaps
which are incorporated allow the quantity of
of air to be regulated.
