Creating a bootable USB flash drive

A bootable USB flash drive is required by various applications to update the firmware
on the RUGGEDCOM APE.
Requirements

ape-we10-SAML – Detect and install only RUGGEDCOM
CROSSBOW SAM-L images.
elan – Detect and install only RUGGEDCOM ELAN images.
crossbowadm – Detect and install only RUGGEDCOM
CROSSBOW ADM images.
cloudconnect – Detect and install only Siemens CloudConnect
images.
bios – Detect and install only BIOS images.

latest – Select ony the latest software image version.
{ specific-release } – Select a specific software image
version.
{ showversions } – List available software image versions.
