36-TROUBLESHOOTING
ANOMALY
The air fan does not switch on.
The product always runs at maximum
power when in automatic mode.
The product does not switch on.

POTENTIAL CAUSES
The product has not reached the
temperature.
The room thermostat is in maximum
position.
Malfunctioning temperature probe.
Faulty or broken control panel.
No power supply.
Fuse blown due to a fault.
Check the brazier.
Check the position of the brazier.
Check that the glow plug warms up.
Clogged smoke outlet or smoke duct.
Faulty glow plug.
SOLUTIONS
Wait.
Set the temperature again.
Check the probe and replace it if required.
Check the panel and replace if necessary.
Check that the plug is inserted.
Replace the fuse with one of identical
characteristics (5x20 mm T 3.15A).
Clean the brazier and remove any deposits
or residues of unburnt pellets.
Put the brazier back in its place.
Check and if necessary, replace.
Clean the smoke outlet and/or the smoke
duct.
Replace the glow plug.
