Image Is Not Positioned Correctly On the Media

If the printed image is not positioned correctly on your media, try these solutions:
• Make sure you loaded the media correctly and selected the correct margin and start positions for it on
the product control panel.
• Check the print area in the settings of your print application and the printer.
• Make sure the correct Page Size option is selected in the print settings. If the option selected for Roll
Width or Paper Size in the printer driver does not match the paper that is loaded in the printer, the
print may not be in the correct position or some of the data may be printed off of the paper.
• If Paper Size Check is set to Off, the printer may print outside the bounds of the paper. Change the
setting to On.
• Check the Top Margin settings in the Paper Settings on the control panel. The Top Margin settings
on the control panel are given priority over the margin settings of your print application.
