Note
• This cell phone supports "Location
notification of emergency call". When
dialing an emergency number such
as 110, 119, or 118, information of
the place where you called (location
information) is automatically notified to
the agency that you called (e.g. a police
station). Depending on the location and
the signal reception when you called,
the agency may not be able to confirm
your exact location. When your location
information is notified, the agency name
that you called is displayed on the screen
of this cell phone. If you dial by adding
"184" in front of your number to hide your
caller ID, your location information and

phone number are not notified. However,
if the agency you called considers your
location information and phone number
necessary for important purposes such
as life saving, the agency can retrieve
your accurate location information
using GPS measurement and phone
number regardless of your mobile
settings. In addition, the introduction
area and introduction timing of "Location
notification of emergency call" vary
depending on the readiness of the
agency you called.
• When you are making an emergency call
(110, 119, or 118) from this cell phone,
be sure to notify that you are calling from
a mobile phone and give both your mobile
phone number and present location
clearly as the police or fire department
may call you back for confirmation.
Stay where you are to ensure that your
call will not be cut off during reporting.
After making an emergency call, do not
turn off your mobile phone immediately.
Keep it powered on for about 10 minutes
so that it can receive an incoming call.
