• It may be caused by
applications installed to the
cell phone after purchase.
If problems improve when
you start in Safe mode (a
function to activate the cell
phone in a mode similar to
default), problems may be
improved by uninstalling
the application.
– How to activate Safe
Mode
1. While in the power
OFF status, press and
hold the power key for
over two seconds.
2. After the mobile
operator logo appears,
press and hold the
volume key (down)
until the Home screen
appears.
