Locking Osaifu-Keitai
Use "NFC/Osaifu-Keitai lock" to lock the
Osaifu-Keitai service from being used. Locking
of Osaifu-Keitai is different from screen lock
and SIM card lock.
From the Home screen, tap "Apps"

Tap "Lock Settings" u Enter a

password u "OK"
• Setting password is required for the
first activation. Follow the on-screen
instructions to set password.

To unlock
Tap "Lock Settings" u Enter a password
u "OK".

To change password
From the Home screen, tap "Apps" u
"Settings" u "More..." u "NFC/Osaifu-
Keitai settings" u "Lock password
change" u Input the current lock
password u "OK" u Input a new lock
password u "OK" u Input the new lock
password again u "OK".
Note
• While configuring "NFC/Osaifu-Keitai
lock",
or
are displayed on the status
bar.
• This cannot be unlocked even if the
power is shut off.
• If the battery runs down during the
configuring of "NFC/Osaifu-Keitai lock",
"NFC/Osaifu-Keitai lock" can no longer be
unlocked. Be careful of the battery level.
Make sure to unlock "NFC/Osaifu-Keitai
lock" after charging this cell phone.
• In order to be able to use the Osaifu-
Keitai menu during the configuring of
"NFC/Osaifu-Keitai lock", the lock needs
to be unlocked.
• The password for "NFC/Osaifu-Keitai
lock" is not deleted even if this cell phone
is initialized.
• Since the lock might need to be unlocked
and the password might need to be
changed, please write down and store the
password for "NFC/Osaifu-Keitai lock".
