• Consult a repair counter specified by mobile
operator when update fails and all operations
are disabled.
• SMS sent during a software update are
stored at an SMS center.
• It may take time to update.
• The following situations make it unavailable
to update.
- When you are on a call
- When out of the service area is displayed
- When it is tethering as a main device
- When the date or time has not been set
correctly
- Remained battery is not enough
- Free space in this memory is not enough
- When the basic software is being changed
to an unauthorized one
• Exit all applications before updating.
• Make sure to upgrade with battery fully
remained.
• Do not power off or remove the internal
battery during update.
• It is recommended that this cell phone be
put in a place with good reception and not
be moved while downloading. The update
may stop when it is put in a place with bad
reception.
• When it does not need to update, "No upgrade
is needed. Use it as it is." is displayed.

Updating Software
• When this cell phone needs to update, you
are required to perform the installation.
Drag or swipe the status bar downward
to open the notification panel u Tap a
notification u "Install".
• When changing the auto download settings,
from the Home screen, tap "Apps" u
"Settings" u "About phone" u "Update Center"
u "Software Update" u "ON" / "OFF" in "Auto
download".
• When "Auto download" is "OFF", operate
"When the icon is not displayed on status bar"
