Installation Instructions

1.
Stop engine, wait for all moving parts to stop,
engage the parking brake remove the key, and
disconnect the negative battery cable.

Remove and retain the rear cushion.
3.
Attach the foam marker nozzle to the nozzle
bracket using two zip ties. Remove and retain
the top nut on the left spray nozzle. Align the
hole in the nozzle bracket over the top of the
left spray nozzle. Secure the bracket to the LH
spray boom using 1/4-20 x 1/2 inch bolt and nut
as

3. Reinstall the nozzle nut and torque
to 18-22 in-lb (2-2.5 N-m). Repeat this step to
install the foam marker nozzle on the RH side.

Place the tank assembly onto the left spray tank
and secure to left side of the control tower using
two 5/16-18 x 1 inch screws and two 5/16 inch
nyloc flanged nuts as shown in

Install the spray hose from this kit onto the foam
marker tank back fitting. Loosely route the hose
downward along the left side of the machine.
Route the hose under the frame and towards the
center of the boom as shown in
Figure 3

With the hose loosely draped over the front
boom, cut the hose where it aligns in the
approximate center of the boom.
7.
Lay the newly cut hose across the boom to both
head nozzles and cut it where the foam marker
tank hose would intersect in the center. Install
the tee fitting into the hoses as shown in
4.
Cut to length each hose at the head nozzle and
then attach to the nozzle.

Loosely secure the hoses with zip ties (reference
Figure
2).
9.
Using the control panel as a guide, carefully
cut out the switch opening in the decal that is
located to the right of the spray switch.

Place the switch on the top side of the control
panel and orient it similar to the existing switch.
Carefully snap the switch into the cutout. Route
the foam marker harness underneath the
