Before Using
Using a screwdriver, turn the fixing screw on the bottom panel of the
CD player approximately 1/4 turn clockwise (Fig. 1).
Before transporting the CD player, always turn the fixing screw 1/4 turn
counterclockwise to secure the pickup mechanism.

'General Information
This manual is designed to provide all the necessary information and
instructions for successful
operation
of your FISHER
audio system.
If
you are installing the system yourself, please pay careful attention to
the separate Connections Manual when making connections.
This system
has been
adjusted for use with an AC 220V, 50Hz power
supply.
Your FISHER audio system is designed to be insensitive to temperature
and vottage changes
under normal conditions. For longer service life
and operating safety, it should not be placed near sources of extreme
heat (close to heating units, radiators, or in direct sunlight), or areas
of high humidity or moisture. Voltage fluctuations greater than +10%
can lead to mechanical
failure of the unit. If you have questions on
these points, please ask your FISHER dealer. for further information.

One or two sources can be recorded simultaneously with different
equalizer patterns onto the CR-WP7 cassette deck. You can-also
record with one equalizer pattern while playing with a different
equalizer pattern.

Five equalizer patterns have been preset in the memory (POR?
VOCAL, FUSION, DiSGO and ROCK).
@
Five other patterns can be created and stored in the memory for
use with different types of music.

The patterns can be reversed and the sound can.be made flat. at
the touch of a button.

Cross Doiby Recording
With this function, tapes can be dubbed (at normal speed) in any Dolby
mode (B, C or off), regardless of the mode in which the original tape
was recorded. (The DOLBY
NR switch does not function during high
speed dubbing.)
