3–Preparation
CAUTION
• Set the left-right channels of the built-in microphone to
R-L. When you are using the built-in microphone and the
setting is not R-L, appears on the Home Screen. (See
"Swapping the left-right channels of the built-in
microphone pair" below.)
Swapping the left-right channels
of the built-in microphone pair
Depending on the angles at which the
microphones are set, the recording channels of
the left and right microphones can be swapped.
When the microphone pair is open, the left
microphone should be set to the left channel
and the right microphone should be set to
the right channel (When A-B position,

microphone should be set to the right channel
and the right microphone should be set to the

If you are using the built-in microphone and
this setting is not used, the current microphone
setting icon appears as a warning on the Home
Screen.
