This function is particularly suitable for
proving dough.
If the oven has been used a short
time ago for cooking, it is
recommended that you let the
appliance cool down before
activating the function.
The duration of the Proving function
can be from a minimum of 1 minute
to a maximum of 11 hours and 59
minutes.
It is not possible to change the
default temperature of the Proving
function.
For successful rising, a container of
water should be placed at the
bottom of the oven.
1. Open the door.
2. Place the dough to prove on the second
shelf and close the door.
3. Press the functions knob.
