Removing the CPU Fan Unit

1. Turn off the computer, turn it over, remove the battery
2. Remove screws - to release the heatsink

3. Carefully (it may be hot) remove the heatsink
4. Disconnect the cables , and then remove screws

5. Remove the CPU fan unit

6. Reverse the process to install a new fan unit (remember to apply the whole tube of the thermal grease to the
center of the CPU).

c. Disconnect the cables
and remove the screws.
