Parts needed for this procedure:
1 Steering wheel
1 Cap
1 Washer
1 Locknut
Procedure
1. Apply anti-seize compound to the steering shaft
(shown in Figure
1. Steering shaft

2. Install the wheel to the steering shaft using the
washer and locknut
3. Torque the locknut to 27 to 35 N∙m (20 to 26
ft-lb).
