1. How to use
The sewing machine immediately reverses the
direction of feed and starts reverse feed stitching by
pressing switch lever ❶.
2. Height of the switch lever
1) Adjust the height of switch lever ❶ to an easy-to-
use position.
2) Loosen screw ❷. Move the switch lever up and
down to adjust the height.
1. Position of the wiper
1) Before using the wiper, check to make sure that
the wiper comes in contact with presser foot por-
tion A.
2) If the wiper does not come in contact with the
presser foot, there is a risk of needle breakage.
To prevent needle breakage, loosen screw ❷.
Then, tighten screw ❷ with the wiper arm ❶
pressed in the direction of the arrow.
2. How to join to the wiper and the presser foot
1) Attach the wiper arm to the presser foot with
wiper arm shoulder screw ❸.
2) Attach wiper ❹ to the wiper arm with wiper set-
screw ❺.
After installation of the wiper, check
whether wiper ❹ comes in contact with
the cloth trimmer. If they come in contact,
correct wiper ❹.
