(A) Place hole in lower panel on top, attach to front of cart with #10-24x1/2" machine screws in lower holes and with push

fasteners in upper holes.
(B) You will need to remove the wing nuts and screws installed in step 1A to attach the upper panel. and use push
fasteners to lower holes. Tighten all screws from previous steps.
