• If you set your computer, such as a notebook
computer, to output the signal to both your
computer's display and the external monitor,
the picture of the external monitor may not
appear properly. Set your computer to output
the signal to only the external monitor.
For details, see the operating instructions
supplied with your computer.
• Be sure to use the HDMI cable with an
HDMI logo.
• The HDMI connector of this projector is not
compatible with DSD (Direct Stream
Digital) Signal or CEC (Consumer
Electronics control) Signal.
To attach the HDMI connector cover
The HDMI connector cover is supplied with
the projector to prevent the HDMI cable
coming out. Attach it if necessary.
Regarding the verified HDMI cable, consult
with qualified Sony personnel.

If HDMI connector cover cannot be
used for fixing
Sometimes the HDMI connector cover
cannot be used, depending on the connected
HDMI cable. In this case, fix the cable to the
cable tie holder next to the HDMI cable
using a commercially available cable tie as
in the illustration.
