Trip Delay, End System Delay, Symmetric One Way Delay.

Selects "IPv4 Only", "IPv6 Only", "Both, prefer IPv4" or "Both, prefer IPv6".
The default setting is "IPv4 only".
Allows users to configure the appropriate network settings on the phone to
obtain IPv4 address. Users could select "DHCP", "Static IP" or "PPPoE". By
default, it is set to "DHCP".
Specifies the name of the client. This field is optional but may be required by
some Internet Service Providers.
Used by clients and servers to exchange vendor class ID.
The default setting is "Grandstream GRP2612" for GRP2612, "Grandstream
GRP2612P" for GRP2612P, "Grandstream GRP2612W" for GRP2612W,
"Grandstream GRP2613" for GRP2613, "Grandstream GRP2614" for
GRP2614, "Grandstream GRP2615" for GRP2615 and "Grandstream
GRP2616" for GRP2616.
