16:SYSTEM UPDATE
* This test item can be also executed in Updating the System (p. 16).
Items Required
• Computer
• USB memory device
• Update file (V-60HD.PRG) (obtained via Service Net)
1.
Follow the procedure in Formatting a USB Memory Device (p. 16) to
format the USB memory device.
2.
Copy the update file (V-60HD.PRG) to the root directory of the USB
memory device.
3.
Enter the Test Mode and select 16:SYSTEM UPDATE in the TEST MODE
menu, then press the VALUE knob.
SYSTEM UPDATE [ENTER] TO UPDATE appears and MENU flashes
green.
4.
Connect the USB memory device to the USB MEMORY connector.
5.
Press the VALUE knob.
The system update is executed.
8 buttons from PGM/A 1 to 8 flash in sequence and the update starts.
As the update proceeds, 8 buttons change to lighting in sequence from
the left.
When 8 buttons and MENU light up green and COMPLETE PLEASE
RESTART appears, the update has finished.
6.
Switch off the power.
