Shows the software version
and configuration.
Resets all settings to factory
settings.
To bake on up to two shelf po‐
sitions at the same time and
to dry food. Set the tempera‐
ture 20 - 40 °C lower than for
the function: Conventional
Cooking.
To bake food on one shelf po‐
sition for a more intensive
browning and a crispy bottom.
Set the temperature 20 -
40 °C lower than for the func‐
tion: Conventional Cooking.
To bake and roast food on
one shelf position.
To make convenience food
(e.g. french fries, potato
wedges or spring rolls) crispy.
To grill flat food and to toast
bread.
To roast larger meat joints or
poultry with bones on one
shelf position. To make gra‐
tins and to brown.
To bake cakes with crispy bot‐
tom and to preserve food.

The lamp may automatically
deactivate at a temperature
below 60 °C during some oven
functions.

This function is designed to
save energy during cooking.
For the cooking instructions
refer to "Hints and tips" chap‐
ter, Moist Fan Baking. The
oven door should be closed
during cooking so that the
function is not interrupted and
to ensure that the oven oper‐
ates with the highest energy
efficiency possible. When you
use this function, the tempera‐
ture in the cavity may differ
from the set temperature. The
residual heat is used.The
heating power may be re‐
duced. For general energy
saving recommendations refer
to "Energy Efficiency" chapter,
Energy Saving.This function
was used to comply with the
energy efficiency class ac‐
cording to EN 60350-1. When
you use this function the lamp
automatically turns off after 30
seconds.
Application
To keep food warm.
To preheat plates for serv‐
ing.
To make vegetable pre‐
serves (e.g. pickles).
To dry sliced fruit, vegeta‐
bles and mushrooms.
