Mounting the positioner

Valve with positioner
Assemble the travel sensor (see chapter
2.1.2 "Assembling of the travel sensor").
Mount the positioner 1 by screwing the
G
travel sensor hexagonal nut SW27 2 into
the actuator 3.
The positioner must not be
fi xed by turning the housing as
this may result in the danger of
overturning the internal stop.
If correctly mounted to the valve, the
positioner can be aligned.

Fix the positioner 1 at a suitable location.
The mounting bracket GEMÜ
1446 00 ZMP can be used
for this purpose (it must be
ordered separately).
Assemble the travel sensor (see chapter

2.1.2 "Assembling the travel sensor").

Mount the travel sensor 4 by screwing the
