Super Secure Erase for the X11/X12/X13/B11/B12/B13/H11/H12/BH12/H13 Motherboards User's Guide
The system will boot into the BIOS Setup utility, and you will be prompted for a password.
Enter the original (old) password for this device in the dialogue box as shown below and
press <Enter>.
When the second Password dialogue box appears, enter the new password in the popup
box and press <Enter> to continue with system reboot.
During system boot, press <Del> to enter the BIOS Setup utility for BIOS setting configuration.
Note: Be sure to enter the correct password for the selected device. If an incorrect
password is entered for the selected drive, this disk drive will be locked. When this
happens, reboot the system to clear the invalid password and re-enter the correct one.
WARNING!! Be sure to keep your password (and PSID, if any) in a safe and secure place.
When a device is locked caused by an invalid password, it will remain locked, making
the BIOS Setup utility unavailable for configuration until the correct password is entered!
Warning!!! Exercise extreme care when enabling or using the Security Erase feature in
the BIOS, for this feature will erase and destroy all data stored in the drive (including
passwords).
