The Optio W60 can record in 16:9 high definition with a frame rate of 15
fps and a resolution of 1280×720. In addition, it comes complete with
features to enhance your enjoyment of movies such as image
stabilization (Movie SR) during recording and capturing still pictures of
important scenes while recording.

Add Assorted Frames to Your Pictures!
When you take pictures with the Optio
W60, you can add a frame to your
pictures by selecting one from the wide
assortment available. (p.71) You can
also add frames to pictures you have
taken. Adjust the position of the subject
in the picture or reduce or enlarge the
picture size to match the frame shape
and size. Now you no longer have to
worry about the subject not being
