Some PRO AA5500 Gun replacement parts look similar
to other PRO Gun parts but are not interchangeable!
When servicing, do not mix or use other PRO Gun
parts that may look similar, but have different part
numbers! Use of parts other than those specified in the
PRO AA5500 Gun parts list below could alter the ground-
ing continuity of the gun, cause parts to leak or rupture, or
cause the gun to malfunction and result in serious injury,
fire, explosion or property damage.

SERVICE NOTES:
Apply low strength (purple) Loctite or equivalent to threads
Apply a very light coat of lubricant
Apply dielectric grease, supplied, to entire length of fluid tube
plastic extension
Tighten seat housing until snug, then tighten 1/4 turn more; do not
over-tighten
Adjust nut to create 0.125" (3 mm) gap between actuator arm (19)
and nut (17)
Align stems (23d) with holes in gun body and press piston assy. to
bottom
Tighten to 4.5–5.0 in-lbs (0.5–0.6 N m) [about 1/4–1/2 turn past
snug]

Tighten to about 1/4–1/2 turn past hand-tight; there will be a gap
between nut & barrel; do not over-tighten

Install flush to end of piston rod (23g)
Flush to outside surface
Press fit to bottom
Apply high strength (green) Loctite or equivalent to threads
Do not lubricate
Tighten to 18 in-lbs (2 N m) maximum (about half turn past snug),
using wrench provided
