1. Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping Address Book to open the
Shipping Address Book app.
2. Tap Recipients and select Senders.
3. Select the address you want to edit.
4. Tap the edit icon.
5. Make your edits then tap Update. The address book appears.

Reprinting a shipping label

If a shipping label does not print correctly, you can print it again up to three times within 24 hours of its
creation.
1. Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping History to open the Shipping
History app.
2. All the shipping labels appear by date. The latest date appears first. The Date column shows the
date you purchased the postage.
3. Find your label in the list.
4. Tap the label to open the details screen.
5. Tap Reprint Label.
6. Tap Reprint.

Getting a refund for a shipping label

Void a shipping label to cancel it. The funds will be re-credited to your Purchase Power account.
You have up to fourteen days after you print the label to void it.
1. Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping History to open the Shipping
History app.
2. All the shipping labels appear by date. The latest date appears first in the list.
3. Find your label in the list.
4. Tap the label to open the details screen.
5. Tap Void Label.
6. Tap the tick box to confirm you accept the terms and conditions.
7. Tap Continue.
8. Press back twice to return to the Parcel Shipping app.
