8. Select the graphic you want from the list.
9. Tap Apply.
10. Insert the envelope into the device to verify that the envelope prints correctly.

Adding a custom text message

Add a text message to print a return address or to print your own personalised message. Your
message must comply with the postal rules for your country.
Your message can be up to five lines, with 20 characters per line. The message prints on the left side
of the envelope.
1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
2. Weigh your envelope, select a class, and select special services, if required.
3. Tap Graphic +.
4. Tap Custom Text.
5. Tap + Add.
6. Tap Accept & Continue to comply with the postal rules.
7. Enter a name for the message. The name can be up to 20 characters.
8. Tap Save.
9. Enter the message, line by line.
10. Tap Apply twice.
11. Place the envelope or envelopes on the feed deck. Depending on the SendPro C model you
have, feed the envelopes manually or tap Start to feed the envelopes.
Printing a Permit (PPI) impression
To print a Permit (PPI) impression you need a Permit ID which you obtain from Royal Mail.
You must add your Permit ID to your device before printing a PPI impression. Once you add the Permit
ID you do not have to add it again.
