4-16-8. Color variation check (Color variation)
It can be check the information of the WALKMAN main unit body
color.
Procedure:
1. Enter the test mode.
(Refer to "1. SETTING THE TEST MODE" on page 35)
2. Press the [+]/[–] keys to select the "Others", and press the
[ ] or [ ] key to enter the minor item.

3. Press the [+]/[–] keys to select the "Color variation".
4. Press the [ ] key, the information screen is displayed.

Note: Even in the case of the silver color model, the color variation is
displayed as "BLACK", but there is no problem.
5. Slide the [HOLD] switch in the direction of on, to return to
minor item selection screen.
