In front of the file names, the corresponding icon for each file is attached.
Dictation start date.
Date Dictation completed.
DSS/WMA file: Date and time of when it was first created as a Window's file.
WAV file:
Same as the "Created Date".
Type of file.
DSS file: DSS File
WAV file: WAV File
WMA file: WMA File
Recorded mode of the file.
DSS file: Standard / Long
WAV file: Sample rate, Stereo / Mono
WMA file: High-Quality
Length of the file recorded.
You can set this number in the Create & Send Job Data and Remote
Dictation Window.
Between 0 and 15.
Displays the progress status of Typist's Transcription for the DSS file. Status
includes the following items:
Pending, Unfinished, Interrupted, and Finished.
Displays the Work Type ID.
Displays the Author ID.
Notes attached by Edit Comments are displayed.
