DS-3000 Folder
Shows the DS-3000 Folders A/B/C, and if one of the DS-3000 folders is
selected, all the files of the selected folder will be displayed in the Dictation
ListView.
This folder accepts DSS Files that are dragged and dropped into it from either
Windows Explorer or the Dictation ListView. DSS files that are dropped into
the DS-3000 folder are uploaded to the DS-3000.
Right-Click Menu (DS-3000 Folder)
Rename Folder
Renames the folder. You can enter up to 8 characters. If you do not enter
8 characters, the rest are filled with spaces. The following characters are
not allowed.

Download Folder A / B / C
Downloads the files in Folders A/B/C to the Download Tray. Files can be
downloaded from the selected folder.
SmartMedia Card
DSS files are downloaded to the same folder in the Download Tray, as there are three folders on
the SmartMedia Card.
Right-Click Menu (SmartMedia Card)
Open
Opens the Message Folder and displays information about the files located
in Folder A of the SmartMedia Card in the Dictation ListView.
Download All
Downloads all files on the SmartMedia Card to the Download Tray.
SmartMedia Card Folder
You can display and rename the folder name.
You can drop DSS files from other applications and from the Dictation
ListView.
