There is no need to dial in this mode.
For each channel, define destination phone number, using
"TargetOfChannel<channel> = phone number" definition.

In this mode, several codecs are sent in the capabilities message. After
negotiation with the remote side a single coder will be selected for transmitting
and receiving messages.
Annex D Fax

FaxTransportMode =1 (relay)
To improve Fax transmission over congested IP network, use optional
redundancy parameters:

When using H.245 out of band signaling, disable inband signaling (mute and
don't relay the digits). In addition, disable the Q.931 sending.
Using "DTMFVolume = " set the level of played DTMF digits.
Note: When using Fast Start the H.245 channel remains closed, and out of band
signaling can not be used, unless "OpenH245onFS" is set to 1 or the remote
gateway/terminal opens the H.245 channel.
