(1667) Broadcast Server does not support special characters in the
name of uploaded audio files.
Workaround: Do not use special characters in the filenames of audio
files.
(1857) For IP Phones 2002 and 2004, if an alert contains both a Dial soft
key and a URL soft key, the Dial soft key will not display if it was
defined as Button # 1 on the Add Priority Message screen.
(2143) Each phone appears twice in the Broadcast Server subscriber
list. This is a display issue only.
(2237) Broadcast Server displays an error message if you attempt to
search for a user name or subscriber name that contains the single
quote (') character.
Workaround: Remove the ' character from the search string.
(2461) Broadcast Server does not use space characters entered at the
beginning or end of a user name or password entered anywhere in the
application.
(2467) If you change a user account so that it no longer has permission
to send alerts to a shared distribution list, any alert that the user
attempts to send results in the message "Error on Page".
Workaround: Use the Edit User Permissions page to remove all
distribution lists from the user. Then, use that same page to re-add the
desired lists.
(2583) On 2007, 1120E, and 1140E IP phones, navigating to the Voice
Office menu causes all alerts to be resent to the phone.
(2641) If you change the IP Phone UI Language menu on the
Operation > General page of the Administration Tool, members are
cleared from Broadcast Server distribution lists.
Workaround: Be sure to configure the IP Phone UI Language before
creating distribution lists.
(215) If you configure multiple directory sources on the Operation >
Voice Office > Directory page and then refresh the page, the Directory
Title field displays the title of the first configured source although the
settings of the second configured source are displayed. This does not
affect directory operation on the phones.
(276) On IP Phones 2007, directories always display separately even if
the Combine Sources checkbox is selected on the Operation > Voice
Office > Directory page.
