(411) Sometimes Visual Voicemail does not log out the user after the
•
timeout period expires.
Workaround: The user must manually log out of Visual Voicemail.
(418) While a Phase 2 IP Phone 2004 is playing a Visual Voicemail
•
message, if the user receives a call and picks up the handset, the voice
message continues to play on the handset and the user cannot listen to
the call.
(671) In the Application Gateway Administration Tool Operation >
•
Voice Office > Visual Voicemail page, you might need to refresh the
page after submitting changes in order to see the changes displayed.
(694) The Voicemail Login Timeout should not be set to less than six
•
minutes and 8 seconds (the maximum message duration). A timeout
that is less than the maximum message duration can cause problems
with the phone display if the session times out while the user is
recording a message.
Workaround: Do not set the Voicemail Login Timeout to less than the
default value of six minutes and eight seconds.
(699) On an IP Phone 2007 in GXAS mode, if you go to Visual
•
Voicemail and repeat the following actions two or three times (press a
key, such as "1" in the extension field, switch to TPS, and then switch
back to the Application Gateway), your session will be terminated.
(702) After you reply to a message, you must put the phone back on
•
hook before you can reply to the same message again.
(711) An IP Phone 2007 in GXAS mode does not display a text
•
attachment sent as a reply. The text does display in XAS mode.
(1845) On Nortel 1120 and 1140 phones (GXAS), the Return and Logoff
•
soft keys are missing the first time that you log on to Visual Voicemail
and display the message list.
Workaround: From the message list, press the More soft key twice to
display the Return and Logoff soft keys.
(2385) When message playback is paused on IP Phones 1120E and
•
1140E, the Rewind and Fwd soft keys do not work.
