Q: Why can't I see buttons on the Netviewer
interface?
A: After upgrading the Edge DVR's firmware, you may not
be able to see buttons on Netviewer's interface. Your
Internet Explorer cache needs to be cleared to view the
system properly.
To clear your Internet Explorer cache (Internet Explorer 8):
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools > Internet Options.
3. Under Browsing History, click the Delete button.
