Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) Commands

This section provides a detailed explanation of the SNTP commands. The commands are divided
into two functional groups:
Show commands display spanning tree settings, statistics, and other information.
Configuration Commands configure features and options of the switch. For every
configuration command there is a show command that displays the configuration setting.

sntp broadcast client poll-interval

This command will set the poll interval for SNTP broadcast clients in seconds as a power of two
where <poll-interval> can be a value from 6 to 16.

IP Address of the configured server.
Address Type of Server.
The minimum severity to log to the specified address.
Server Port Number.
This is the port on the local host from which syslog mes-
sages are sent.
The state of logging to configured syslog hosts. If the status is disable,
no logging occurs.
