An interface supports n queues numbered 0 to (n-1).
The number n is platform dependent and corresponds to the num-
ber of supported queues (traffic classes).
The drop precedence level for this queue, from 1 to p. The spe-
cific p value is platform dependent.
The tail drop queue threshold value for this drop precedence
level, expressed in sixteenths of the overall device queue size
(e.g., 0/16, 1/16, 2/16..., 16/16). This is a configured value.
