Viscosity table
Note: To prevent extensive engine wear or
damage, always maintain the proper oil level in
the crankcase. Never operate the engine with
the oil level below the "ADD" mark or over
the "FULL" mark on the dipstick.
Changing the Engine Oil
Service Interval: After the first 5 hours
Every 100 hours (change
it more often under a
heavy load or in high
temperatures)(Kohler
Engine).
1.
Park the machine so that the drain side is slightly
lower than the opposite side to ensure the oil
drains completely.
2.
Start the engine and let it run until warm. This
warms the oil so it drains better.
3.
Park machine on level ground, disengage the blade
control switch, engage the parking brake, stop
engine, and remove key. Wait for all moving parts
to stop before leaving the operator's position.

4.
Change the engine oil filter. Apply a thin film of
clean Exmark 4-Cycle Premium Engine Oil to the
rubber gasket on the new filter.
