11. INPUT: input connectors
Here you find six stereo RCA inputs for the source
equipment with analogue stereo (line level) audio
output.
12.OUTPUT REC: recording output
If desired, you can connect a recording device like
a CD recorder or a tape recorder to this output. The
stereo signal of this output is identical to the output
signal of the selected audio source at one of the
preamplifier INPUTs. As long as the preamplifier
is muted (10)(21), the output "OUTPUT REC" does
not provide the music signal.
13. DIGITAL IN: Optical/Coaxial
Connections for audio signals of source devices
with digital sound such as, for example, DVD
players. "Optical" for optical fibre connection and
"Coaxial" for connection via coaxial cable.
14. BT ANT
Connection fo the Bluetooth antenna. Please
connect the antenna here, if you want to use the
Bluetooth function.
15. OUTPUT: preamplifier outputs
With these two pairs of connectors you can connect
the preamplified stereo audio signal of the currently
selected source to the power amplifier channels.
The volume and mute settings have effect on the
signal at this output.
Output 1 has a source impedance of 600 Ohm,
Output 2 a source impedance of 50 Ohm.
Generally, both outputs can be used for devices
with input impedances from 10 kOhm onwards
evenly, e.g. for bi-amping. Output 1 is ideal for
the connection of high end or studio amplifiers with
transfer input.

16. LAMP: Dimmer for the tube illumination
The setting of this switch affects the brightness of
the illumination of the tube display window (5).
17. POWER CONTROL (12V)
These jack connectors (3.5 mm) send the signals
for the standby control (12V Trigger).
18. Voltage Selector:
The voltage selector behind the pane allows
switching the voltage from 230 V to 110 V. Refer
to safety instructions for further information (p. 36,
"Switching the Voltage")
19. Power Connector
To establish the power supply, connect the plugs
of the power cable to the device and to a suitable
wall outlet.
20. AUTO: Automatic shutdown in terms
of eco design regulation
If the unit is in non-use, this device switches off
after about 15 minutes. It will then have a power
consumption of less than 0.4 W. In order to switch
on the device again, press the power button 1 time.
This function could be completely switched off by
putting the switch „Auto" at the backside of the
unit to „Off". This device has got no standby or
armed state. If you intend not to use the device for a
longer period of time it is recommended to plug it
off from the mains.
