A defective upper Check the
guide switch continuity of the
upper guide
switch with a
tester.
Motor lead wire Remove the
disconnection or a connector in the
defective motor presenter that
corresponds to
CN501 on the
board frame unit.
Next, measure the
resistance
between pins 1
and 3, and pins 2
and 4 with a
tester.
An abnormal Measure the
motor drive circuit motor phases and
ground voltage
with an
oscilloscope.
5. Paper is not fed out from the presenter.
