Poor motor Visually check the
connector contact connector.
Platen open Check the
sensor failure continuity of the
platen sensor with
a tester.
Defective Feed Check the
button continuity of the
Feed button with
a tester.
Motor lead wire Remove the
disconnection or connector in the
defective motor printer unit that
corresponds to
CN301 on the
board frame unit.
Next, measure the
resistance
between pins 1
and 3, and pins 2
and 4 with a
tester.
Abnormal motor Measure the
drive circuit motor phases and
the ground
voltage with an
oscilloscope.
4. The presenter's motor does not work.

The Feed button is pressed, but the motor does not run.
