Solution
• Remove cover and check for 24 VAC (22.8 to
27.6 VAC) on terminals labeled "+/- 24V".
• Replace the cover and check for proper fit.
• Ensure the two internal board connectors snap
into place.
• Check wiring
• Check system modes
• Connect a jumper between the "R" and "G"
terminals to see if the fan comes on. If the fan
comes on, the relay in the thermostat may be
faulty, or programming is incorrect.
• Check wiring
• Check for a relay failure by connecting a jumper
across terminals "R" to "W1"; the heating
should turn on. Connect a jumper across
terminals "R" to "Y1"; the cooling should come
on. If this does not happen, check the relay.
• Fine-tune the temperature calibration based
on the configuration of your system. Refer to
"Temperature Calibration" on page
• Adjust the weighting value for the room
temperature source. Refer to
Temperature Source" on page 14
• Relocate the UbiquiSTAT
• Redirect the air flow from vents
• Seal the wall where the wires enter the
UbiquiSTAT
• Use a remote sensor
• Adjust the calibration dettings for the
room temperature source. Refer to
Temperature Source" on page 14
14.
