Moving a POU "Function Block" to an open Library

The Function Block STAR_DELTA will now be moved into the Library 'MCC_Programs'.
Right click on the STAR_DELTA icon in the Project
navigation window and click on Cut :
The following dialogue will be displayed:
Select Yes
