information about returning your PagePro 1400W for warranty exchange.
Follow these instructions very carefully.

Attention
Failure to follow these instructions could result in voiding your
warranty.

Exchange Procedure

Each of these steps is explained in detail in this guide.

Unpack the exchange printer.

Prepare the original printer—turn it off, disconnect the
USB cable, unplug the power cord, and then remove the
media.

Move the imaging cartridge from the original printer to
the exchange printer.

Finish setting up the exchange printer—fill the media
tray with paper, connect the USB cable, plug in the
power cord, and turn on the printer.

Repack the original printer, and then call the shipper for
pickup.
