Installing the Oil Tank Monitor
NOTE: Although the Oil Tank Monitor is rated for a max-
imum air working pressure of 150 psi and has a recom-
mended operating pressure of 90 psi, Graco
recommends using 50 psi pressure when used with
Graco Diaphragm pumps.
WARNING
PRESSURIZED EQUIPMENT HAZARD
The equipment stays pressurized until pressure is
manually relieved. To reduce the risk of serious injury
from pressurized fluid, accidental spray, or splashing
fluid, follow the pressure relief procedure provided in
your pump instruction manual before servicing.
NOTE: If an air regulator is to be used, be sure that it is
connected to the air inlet port of the oil level monitor.

1. Shut down system and relieve system pressure. Fol-
