Installation
NOTE: The heated inlet valve and heated header pipe,
and the heated distribution manifold are designed to be
used with Graco's Therm-O-Flow Plus controls. Two
heat zones are required for the header assembly. The
inlet valve zone requires 200 watts, the header pipe
zone requires 500 watts, and the heated distribution
manifold requires 400 watts. See page 13 for more
information about optional cables and controls.
Follow the procedure below for electrical setup.
To reduce the risk of fire, explosion, or electric shock:
The power source conduit is not an ad- equate
ground for the system. The unit must be grounded
to either the building ground or a true earth ground.
A qualified electrician must complete all grounding
and wiring connections and check the resistance.
Refer to your local code for the requirements for a
"true earth ground" in your area.

Electrical Connection

and the dispense valve.
2. Securely tighten 16–pin electrical connector on the
header or dispense valves into the 16–socket
receptacle located on the back of the electrical
enclosure.
