    Replace Cylinder Remove Subplate and Rocker Assemblies 1. Stop the pump at the middle of its stroke. Relieve the pressure before performing any service. 2. Remove the two screws (13) and washers (51) hold- ing the bottom cover (61) to the bottom rocker arm cover (62).

    Replace Cylinder Install Piston and Piston Rod 12. Reassemble the subplate and rocker assemblies. Seals Install Subplate and Rocker 1. Remove adhesive sheet from pad (72) and install Assemblies outside the new cylinder (1). Lubricate the ID of the cylinder (1), using a rag soaked in grease. See F 1.
