Replace Cylinder Remove Subplate and Rocker Assemblies 1. Stop the pump at the middle of its stroke. Relieve the pressure before performing any service. 2. Remove the two screws (13) and washers (51) hold- ing the bottom cover (61) to the bottom rocker arm cover (62).

Remove adhesive sheet from pad (72) and install Assemblies outside the new cylinder (1). Lubricate the ID of the cylinder (1), using a rag soaked in grease. See F 1.
Replace Cylinder Install Air Valve Assembly 1. Inspect the subplate gasket (26) and seals (27) for wear or damage. Always replace the gasket (26) when replacing the air valve. Grease the grooves of the slide plates (G), then install the seals (27) in the grooves with the curved sides facing out (see the Detail in Fig.
